Mfpen accepts returns on all items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the generated return label or address the package to our Copenhagen warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
